By accessing or using the website located at onstage.biz (the "Site"), operated by Onstage Entertainment Group, LLC ("Onstage," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

Onstage Entertainment Group is an entertainment booking and talent management agency headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. We provide entertainment curation, booking, and event coordination services for corporate clients, resorts, destination management companies, event planners, and private individuals nationwide.

The Site serves as an informational resource about our services and provides access to our Client Portal for authorized users. Submitting an inquiry through our Site does not create a binding agreement for services. All entertainment bookings are subject to separate written agreements between Onstage and the client.

3. Client Portal Access

Certain areas of the Site, including the Client Portal, are restricted to authorized users. Access credentials are provided at the sole discretion of Onstage and may be revoked at any time.

If you are granted portal access, you agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties
• Use the portal solely for legitimate business purposes related to your entertainment needs
• Not copy, download, distribute, or publicly share performer profiles, media, or pricing information accessed through the portal
• Notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, performer profiles, and software, is the property of Onstage Entertainment Group, LLC or its content providers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Performer photos, videos, and promotional materials displayed on our Site or through the Client Portal are provided for the purpose of evaluating and selecting entertainment for your events. These materials may not be used for any other purpose without prior written consent from Onstage.

5. Booking Terms

Entertainment bookings made through Onstage are governed by the specific terms outlined in each booking agreement. General booking policies include:

• All pricing is confidential and provided exclusively to the requesting client
• Booking confirmations require a signed agreement and deposit as outlined in your proposal
• Cancellation policies vary by engagement and are specified in individual booking agreements
• Onstage reserves the right to substitute performers of comparable quality in the event of illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice to the client

6. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use any automated system, including bots, crawlers, or scrapers, to access the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, the Client Portal, or any systems connected to the Site
• Use the Site to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks connected to it
• Contact performers directly using information obtained through the Site or portal, bypassing Onstage

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Onstage makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site's operation, accuracy, or availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onstage Entertainment Group, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services, regardless of the theory of liability.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Onstage Entertainment Group, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
